What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the backbone of our claims operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Claims Data Entry: Accurately enter claim requests into our system, ensuring all information is captured correctly and completely. This is the foundation of our claims processing and requires meticulous attention to detail.
- Documentation Verification: Review and verify incoming documentation for accuracy and completeness. You'll ensure that all required paperwork is present and meets our quality standards before moving claims forward in the settlement process.
- Mail and Email Preparation: Prepare, sort, and index incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence. Your organizational skills will ensure that communication flows smoothly between all parties involved in the claims process.
- System Navigation: Learn and utilize our proprietary claims management systems to input, track, and retrieve claim information efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high accuracy standards in all data entry tasks, double-checking work for errors before submission.
