Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing prompt, friendly, and professional service to our customers, which include Banks, Leasing & Lending Companies, and Corporations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing consultative customer service by understanding customer goals, compliance challenges, and business needs, utilizing product and industry knowledge to provide tailored solutions and initiate orders crucial to lien management compliance.
- Proactively managing the full life cycle of the order process and identifying cross-selling opportunities to promote additional offerings that meet customer needs.
- Project managing, organizing, and prioritizing high volumes of requests utilizing Salesforce and other internal systems to ensure timely and accurate responses to customers.
- Managing your own customers and customer escalations, collaborating across Customer Service functions to complete or resolve customer requests efficiently.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent B2B client service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proficiency with Adobe software.
- Strongly preferred: minimum of two years of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience, ideally in a consultative role within the banking, insurance, hospitality, retail, or legal industry.
