What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be at the heart of our passenger operations, ensuring smooth check-in processes, providing accurate travel information, and creating positive experiences that keep customers coming back. Here's what your role will entail:
Passenger Check-In and Ticketing
- Welcome arriving customers with a warm, professional greeting and assist them through the check-in and baggage drop process
- Utilize computer systems to sell, print, and reissue tickets while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures
- Verify travel documentation, including passports, visas, and boarding passes, to ensure customers have proper identification for their destinations
- Process seat assignments and provide information about available options, upgrades, and flight amenities

Baggage Handling and Processing
- Label checked baggage accurately, ensuring proper routing and handling

- Manage baggage claim operations and assist customers with lost or delayed luggage issues

- Open, close, and secure aircraft doors in accordance with safety procedures
- Make gate announcements regarding boarding procedures, flight status, delays, and connections

Customer Assistance and Special Services
