Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting and troubleshooting customer concerns, verifying data and information using a verification process
- Addressing customers' questions while displaying exceptional customer service skills and documenting both customer concerns and solutions
- Meeting or exceeding all managed metrics, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

About the Ideal Candidate

- The ability to handle high call volumes, at times, while adhering to scheduled breaks/lunches in accordance with business needs
- A quiet and dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi
