Position Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for clerical and data entry work supporting our Adult Education office. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively. Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties as a Data Entry Specialist will include, but not be limited to:
- Database Management: Manage multiple databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient data organization. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our information systems.
- Grant Data Entry: Enter required grant data accurately into the NRS (National Reporting System) to meet monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines. Precision is essential to ensure compliance and proper funding.

- Quality Assurance: Complete regular error checks and data cleanup in NRS to ensure accurate reporting. Identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Data Accessibility: Ensure data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders. Respond promptly to data requests and provide support as needed.
- Task Prioritization: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines. Effectively manage your workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Student Outcome Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate student outcomes including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments. Track progress and maintain detailed records.
