JOB SUMMARY:

Our synergetic Ethos IT Team is growing and seeking a full-time IT Systems Administration Lead (REMOTE) to provide technical leadership across IT infrastructure, systems, and engineering operations. This role is responsible for overseeing Tier 3 systems administration, driving infrastructure strategy, and ensuring alignment across engineering, service desk, and security functions to support business operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may be a substitute for formal education.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This role is 100% remote and requires working hours between 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST or CST. However, there might be occasional exposure to overtime or working more than 8 hours in a day due to project demands.
