Responsibilities
- Assist with IT support tasks, helping with basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Help set up systems, perform simple upgrades, and support routine maintenance
- Support invoicing and billing processes, including preparing and sending invoices, tracking payments, and flagging discrepancies
- Keep accurate records of IT and financial activities
- Work with team members across departments to support technology needs and ensure billing is accurate
- Look for ways to make IT and billing tasks more efficient
- Help introduce new tools or systems that make day-to-day processes easier
Skills
- Some experience or coursework in IT support, technical troubleshooting, or a related field
- Basic familiarity with invoicing, accounts receivable, or financial record-keeping
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with focus and reliability
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using common software programs such as Microsoft Office, accounting or invoicing tools, and basic network applications
