As an Investor Relations Team Member, you will be a key player in our Support Services department, working closely with investors and stakeholders. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional support and maintain strong relationships, ensuring a positive investor experience. You will be a vital link between the bank and its investors, fostering trust and transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Handle investor inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
  • Maintain and update investor databases and records.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of investor communications, including reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the IR team to develop and implement investor engagement strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and industry news to stay informed and provide insights.
  • Support the organization of investor events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential investors.
  • Assist in the analysis of investor feedback and market research.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and investor relations software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and investment processes is preferred.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
