This is a remote position. Job Description & Summary A career within Managed Services will provide you with the opportunity to support clients in running document management and integration operations, enabling reliable document processing, secure data exchange, and seamless system interoperability. As an Associate, you will support document lifecycle management and flat-file integration ecosystems, working across SFTP interfaces, APIs, and middleware platforms (Infor ION). You will ensure accurate document ingestion, transformation, routing, and reconciliation, contributing to stable, SLA-driven operations in a highly regulated (PII/PHI) environment. Responsibilities :   As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, supporting day-to-day operations and execution. Key responsibilities include: Manage end-to-end document lifecycle (ingestion, validation, transformation, routing, archival) Execute and support flat-file integrations (CSV, fixed-width, XML, JSON) via SFTP and batch processing Monitor and troubleshoot file-based interfaces, job failures, and data mismatches Perform data transformation, mapping, and validation across systems Support API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and Infor ION document flows Assist in ETL pipelines and batch data processing workflows Investigate and resolve interface issues, data errors, and integration failures Maintain document repositories, audit trails, integration logs, and runbooks Assist in basic scripting (.NET or similar) for automation and support tasks Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and accuracy across document and system flows Adhere to data security and compliance standards (PII/PHI handling) Support incident management, SLA adherence, and transition activities Skills and Experience : 1–3 years of experience in document management, data operations, or integration support Strong exposure to: Flat-file integrations (CSV, fixed-width, XML, JSON) SFTP-based file transfer and batch processing Foundational knowledge of: API integrations (REST/SOAP) Data transformation and ETL concepts Exposure to Infor ION or similar middleware platforms (preferred) Basic understanding of .NET or scripting for automation (preferred) Familiarity with interface monitoring and troubleshooting Experience in SLA-driven environments and ticketing tools Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Preferred Knowledge/Skills Exposure to document-heavy business processes (finance, payroll, healthcare) Understanding of integration patterns (batch vs real-time processing) Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements (PII/PHI) Experience in managed services or support environments Professional Skills and Responsibilities Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Demonstrate ownership of document and data processing tasks with high accuracy Apply structured thinking to troubleshoot file, document, and integration issues Communicate clearly and escalate issues in a timely manner Handle sensitive data responsibly and in compliance with firm policies Be open to feedback and continuously build technical and domain expertise
