Position Overview
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist working from home for arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer support to our diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to seamlessly switch between languages while maintaining professionalism and clarity.
- Residency: Must reside in the state of Tennessee, Florida, or Virginia.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively, empathize, and respond appropriately.

System and Technical Requirements
As a Work from Home team member, you will be responsible for maintaining the necessary technical infrastructure to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Please review the following requirements:
- Computer: A personal computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System (Windows 10). The device must be no older than three years.
- Unsupported Devices: Please note that Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Microsoft Surfaces, and notebooks are not compatible with our systems.
- Internet Connection: High-speed internet service is required. Satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not acceptable.
- Phone Service: Standard copper line phone service from a local phone company or a bundled service from your internet provider.
- Headset: A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications. We provide a $75 reimbursement for qualified headset purchases.
