✔️ 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefits (HCM) implementations

✔️ Strong functional expertise in:

Oracle Payroll (US)

401(k) configuration and processing

Retro payroll and payroll adjustments

Leave of Absence (LOA)

Payroll costing setup

Absence Management

Core HR

🔷 Domain Expertise

✔️ Strong understanding of payroll compliance, controls, and audit requirements

✔️ Experience with US payroll processes and regulations

✔️ Deep knowledge of US Benefits domain

🔷 Implementation & Integration Experience

✔️ Experience with third-party benefits / 401(k) providers

✔️ Payroll integration with external vendors

✔️ Exposure to payroll reconciliation reporting and dashboards

🔷 Process & Transformation Experience

✔️ Proven experience in payroll process review, optimization, and redesign

✔️ Experience supporting payroll transformation or standardization initiatives

🔷 Benefits Configuration Expertise

✔️ Benefits configuration (plans, programs, life events, rates)

✔️ Handling complex eligibility and deduction scenarios

✔️ Experience with multi-vendor benefits landscape

🔷 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Ability to independently handle requirements, design, and solutioning onsite/remote

✔️ Direct interaction with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions

✔️ Strong involvement in payroll and benefits end-to-end implementation cycles
