AlphaSights is a company focused on increasing active user counts across its offerings. The Growth Operations Associate will analyze data, improve processes, and execute initiatives to enhance user engagement and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Design & Execute Growth Initiatives: Develop and launch targeted engagement strategies across the user lifecycle - including prospecting, onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion
- Analyze User Data: Use data to uncover growth opportunities, refine engagement strategies, and develop personas for targeted engagement
- Improve Engagement Processes: Identify inefficiencies in existing user engagement practices and implement best practices for your client segment
- Report on Performance: Deliver clear, actionable reporting to measure initiative effectiveness, inform strategy pivots, and demonstrate ROI
- Prospect High-Value Users: Identify and activate key users within prospective accounts, ensuring strong uptake of our offerings
- Engage Senior Stakeholders: Influence VP+ stakeholders through clear communication, relationship management, and data-backed insights that drive strategic decisions
