We are seeking an Account Specialist to join our Great American Employer Health Solutions division. The Group Health Account Specialist manages and grows assigned employer group health accounts by serving as the primary point of contact for clients, brokers, and internal partners. This role ensures high‑quality service delivery, supports retention goals, strengthens agent relationships, and acts as a trusted advisor by coordinating cross‑functional support to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This individual may work fully remote within the continental United States.
