Job Summary 

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Global Talent Acquisition Enablement Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting directly to the Director of TA Operations & Programs, you will be the bridge between data-driven insights and strategic advisory.

In this role, you will evolve the Talent Acquisition function into a proactive, competitive powerhouse. You will be responsible for leveraging market research, competitive analysis, and workforce analytics to guide our most critical hiring decisions. By identifying talent hotspots, analyzing competitor trends, and pinpointing skills gaps, you will empower our Talent Acquisition leaders and executives with the intelligence needed to increase our edge in a global market.

Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400.00 - $124,500.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
