Job Mission: As Global Retail Training Instructional Designer/Content Developer, you will work with New Balance’s Global Retail Team to develop training for global initiatives in four workstreams: Product, Service, Brand History & Stories, and Store Operations & IT. Your learners will be retail management and retail store associates across channels and formats in six regions. You will work in a fast-paced environment with international colleagues and within an inclusive, collaborative team culture. Major Accountabilities: Business • Develop training content, including eLearning, videos, instructor-led, and job aids/quick reference guides and efficiently execute training strategy. • Manage project tasks and deliverables using agile ways of working and facilitate localization of training content • Revise and maintain training content based on feedback and metrics, track and provide report on metrics • Partner and collaborate with global and regional stakeholders and SMEs throughout the development process Requirements For Success: • Degree in Instructional Design, • Experience in Retail domain and with agile project management • Experience developing instructional materials, including eLearning, video, and instructor-led • Ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines • Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on written and visual presentation & Ability to work cross-functionally • Knowledge of the following tools: • Articulate 360 – especially Rise; Camtasia; Powtoon or Vyond; Snagit or Photoshop; and Office 365 applications. • Welcome feedback from stakeholders, SMEs, and teammates, enjoys working both collaboratively and independently.
