Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Global Equity Consultant to join our worldwide Equity Plan Management team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate administration and compliance of our equity-based compensation programs, including stock options, Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR partners, finance teams, and external vendors, to deliver exceptional service and maintain the integrity of our equity programs.

What You'll Do for Us
As a Global Equity Consultant at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in the administration of our equity compensation programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactive Data Audits: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance with equity-based long-term incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans. Your meticulous attention to detail will help maintain data integrity and prevent compliance issues.
- Award Processing: Process the release of Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) awards, and stock purchase plan matching contributions with precision and timeliness.
- Transaction Review: Review equity transaction activity, including stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
- Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to questions from participants, method partners, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication.
- Award Administration: Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to deadlines.
- Reporting & Analytics: Produce ad-hoc data analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations, providing actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- System Maintenance: Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and employee stock purchase plans.
- Understanding of HRIS systems, particularly Workday, including methods and interrelationships of data transfers.
- Knowledge of equity plan compliance requirements and best practices.
- Experience in a multinational corporate environment with exposure to global equity programs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
