Role Overview
This is one of the most important technology leadership roles at Netwealth. The General Manager - Platform, Reliability and Quality will lead a major transformation in how software is built and run at Netwealth, building a brand-new Platform, Reliability and Quality function that brings together Cloud & Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, Developer Platform, Quality Engineering, Environment Management and Release Management under one leader.
What You Will Do
Establish and lead the new Platform, Reliability and Quality function, bringing three teams together under a single operating model. Define and execute the strategy across cloud, infrastructure, SRE, CI/CD, developer experience and quality engineering. Build an internal developer platform that enables teams to self-serve and move faster.

Requirements

- Deep expertise across cloud, infrastructure, containers, networking, CI/CD and developer tooling
- Strong understanding of SRE, observability, resilience and platform operations at scale
- Experience building internal developer platforms and self-service engineering capabilities
- A track record of embedding quality engineering, automation and modern delivery practices
- Strong commercial acumen, including platform economics and cloud cost management
- The ability to influence across executive, business and technology stakeholders
