edamama is the #1 online-to-offline (O2O) platform focused on products and services for parents and families in the Philippines! We're a mama-led company (with dads, aspiring parents, and kid-at-hearts on board too!) on a mission to make parenting easier. Think content, commerce, and community wrapped up in one supportive space. Weve reached another milestone in 2023 when we started to branch out into retail aiming to have 100 stores in the next 5 years!

What You'll Do

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and engaging Online Live Seller to represent edamama in live-selling sessions across our platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, etc). You will be the face of our livestream events, promoting family-friendly products and engaging with our mom community in real time.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Host engaging live streaming sessions through online channels such as (tiktok, instagram, shoppe, etc.)
• Create a lively, interactive, and enjoyable experience for viewers during each session.
• Address customer questions, handle concerns, and provide excellent real-time support.
• Maintain a confident, professional, and charismatic presence on camera.
• Meet target sales from the live-selling sessions
• Film and feature in marketing/content materials

What We're Looking For

• At least a year of experience in online live selling

• Excellent on-camera presence and communication skills

• Experience in sales, marketing, hosting, or content creation is a plus
• Familiar with live selling trends and strategies on tiktok and shoppe 
• Comfortable using livestream tools (Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
• Familiarity with mom & baby products and the parenting community is a big advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills; confident speaking and selling to a live audience
