About the Role

At Keep, we're building the future of cross-border banking for Canadian businesses and our Finance Operations team is at the heart of making that work every day. As our FinOps Junior Analyst, you'll be the engine behind our daily financial operations: processing payments, handling reconciliations, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and learn how a fast-growing fintech actually operates .You'll be the person who keeps the wheels turning while we scale. Over time, as you gain confidence and context, you'll have the opportunity to take on more complex responsibilities and even help us improve and automate the way we work.

What's the Interview Process Like?

  1. People Screen — A 30-min intro call with our People team to get to know you, understand your background, and share more about the role and Keep.

  2. Hiring Manager Interview — A deeper conversation with the Finance lead to assess your experience, operational mindset, and fit with the team.

  3. Peer Interview — A chat with a team member to give you a real feel for the day-to-day and how the team works together.

  4. Technical Assessment — A short, practical exercise to evaluate your skills and analytical thinking.

  5. Final Interview — A conversation with a senior leader to assess culture fit and long-term potential.

  6. Reference Check — We'll reach out to 1–2 professional references.

  7. Offer — If everything aligns, we'll move quickly to get you an offer.
