What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline ambassador for one of the world's most trusted hygiene and healthcare brands. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiry Resolution: Work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful, professional, and empathetic manner
- Omnichannel Support: Deliver exceptional client-centered resolutions across multiple channels including telephone, email, live chat, and social media platforms
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the diverse range of products and services offered by our prestigious client

Essential Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluent level of Finnish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills – you should be able to communicate naturally and professionally in written and spoken Finnish
- English Communication: High level of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally
- Customer Service Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences
- Empathy Skills: The ability to deal with sensitive calls and situations with genuine empathy, patience, and understanding
- Administrative Proficiency: Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail

Compensation & Benefits Package
