Fidelity Investments is seeking a Financial Services Representative to support customers and develop a career in financial services. The role involves answering customer inquiries, obtaining necessary licenses, and participating in a comprehensive training program.
Responsibilities
- Support customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
- Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity
- Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, supporting customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone skills
- Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and spend time building advanced skills
