Job Description:

The Financial Aid Office at Madison College is seeking a Financial Aid Coordinator to support the accurate administration of financial aid through management of the Return of Title IV process, administration of state aid programs and oversight of public and private funding sources.

This position involves evaluating student eligibility, resolving funding issues, collaborating with institutional stakeholders and performing system testing to ensure compliance with financial aid regulations.

Financial Aid Coordinator contributes to institutional objectives by strengthening financial aid operations, maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting student access to funding.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. This position has the option to work fully remotely in Wisconsin, subject to change in accordance with Madison College policy.
