Yeti is looking for a strategic and analytical Finance Manager, FP&A to build and own the financial engine behind our next stage of growth. This role will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, leading our annual budgeting process, and conducting financial analysis across multiple portfolio companies – helping leadership make confident, data-driven decisions. This is a fully remote position.
The Role
As Finance Manager, FP&A, you will:
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic planning
• Lead the development of Yeti’s annual budget and ongoing forecasting cycles
• Conduct financial analysis across multiple portfolio companies, identifying performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Partner with leadership to translate strategy into financial plans
• Develop cash flow projections and scenario planning models
• Create monthly and quarterly reporting packages with actionable insights
• Perform variance analysis across entities and consolidate financial performance
• Improve financial processes and planning infrastructure as we scale
This role is both strategic and hands-on – you’ll be the architect of our financial planning function across a multi-entity portfolio.
What We’re Looking For
• CPA or Master’s degree in Finance (required)
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or similar
• Strong financial modeling expertise (advanced Excel required)
• Experience building annual budgets from the ground up
• Experience analyzing multiple business units or portfolio companies preferred
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence
Bonus:
• Experience in a holding company, private equity-backed environment, or multi-entity structure
• Experience implementing FP&A tools or financial systems
Compensation
Base Salary: $120,000
In addition to base compensation, this role participates in carried interest, aligning long-term incentives with the performance of our portfolio companies.
