**The Role**
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, delivering professional and high-quality customer service through inbound calls, chat, and email communications. You'll be empowered to take initiative, follow established procedures, and provide resolutions for customers. **Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound service calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
* Navigate through multiple systems and tools, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and processes
* Participate in ongoing training and skill development, staying ahead of the curve in the CX industry
* Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives
* Continuously improve processes and procedures, identifying areas for growth and development
**Qualifications**
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
* Problem-solver with a can-do attitude, able to think critically and make sound decisions
* Eager to advance your career with a reliable company, committed to growth and development
* Enjoy working independently and with a team, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Must be 18+ years of age, with a high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
* Must pass a background check and drug-screen
