We're a dynamic, fast-paced company that's always looking for talented individuals to join our team. **Role Overview** As an Experienced Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations. This will include: * Managing guest communications, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods * Processing reservations, coordinating housekeeping, and arranging amenities * Working closely with our property owners to ensure their properties are well-maintained and guest-ready * Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and improve our operations **Key Responsibilities** * Guest and Reservation Management: + Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner + Resolve guest issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner + Process reservations and ensure accurate information is provided to guests * Virtual Property Management: + Coordinate with property owners to ensure their properties are well-maintained and guest-ready + Arrange amenities and services as needed + Monitor property performance and provide insights to property owners * Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination: + Schedule and coordinate cleaning services for our properties + Ensure that properties are cleaned and ready for guests + Monitor cleaner performance and provide feedback to property owners **Success Metrics** * Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries (less than 1 hour) * Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency (less than 3 hours or ASAP) * Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of customer service experience * 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience * Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours (EST) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Airbnb customer service * Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed * Familiarity with property management software and systems **Additional Skills and Qualifications** * Tech Savvy: Proficient in using technology to manage guest communications, process reservations, and coordinate housekeeping * Strong Verbal, Written, and Reading Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to read and understand complex information * Extreme Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing guest communications, processing reservations, and coordinating housekeeping * Outstanding Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to guests and property owners * Excellent Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to type for extended periods * Creative Problem Solver: Ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Independent Thinker: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong Decision-Making Skills: Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently * Excellent at Following Directions: Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
