We're seeking a skilled and motivated Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a key player in our customer service team, you will provide top-notch support to our members, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and accurate manner. **Job Highlights:**
- 100% remote work arrangement
- Part-time schedule: 20 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays (two 8-hour shifts) with an additional 4-hour shift during peak business hours
- Duration: October 2024 through January 2025

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Track and document member calls, ensuring concise and factual records
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our lines of business, benefits, medical management processes, and demographic change processes
- Provide exceptional customer service, driving our culture through values and customer service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer service issues and improve overall customer experience
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of related experience in customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including good grammar, voice, and diction
- Strong typing skills (40-60 WPM) and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive outlook and self-driven approach
