As a Customer Experience Associate (CXA) at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our brand, responsible for delivering the exceptional "Cinderella Experience" that has come to define who we are. Your work will have a direct impact on our continued success and growth, making this not just a job, but a meaningful career choice for those who are passionate about customer satisfaction and fashion.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Experience team in a part-time remote capacity. This role offers approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust between 15-29 hours based on business needs – particularly during our peak seasonal periods.
Training Requirements: All new team members must complete our comprehensive 4-week virtual training program, scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST. This training period includes orientation, product education, system training, and soft skills development to prepare you for success. Upon completion, you will be required to pass an assessment to demonstrate your knowledge before beginning your part-time shifts.
