You'll be responsible for conducting records submission and clerical work, utilizing various job approaches and treatments, and staying up-to-date with plan features, services, policies, and processes. You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers who call or visit our offices, providing a range of support services and solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries * Update and maintain customer phone call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles * Manage support; profile page creation/updating * Filing, Information access, and Document production * Create and update customer service issue tickets * Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs * Manage the company's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and customers. Straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment * General office roles include but are not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job * Responsible for checking out supply products **Essential Qualifications** * Work Remotely * MS Office Suite proficient * Outstanding oral and written communication skills * Proven ability to follow guidelines and company policies to perform critical work functions * Demonstrated analytical capabilities * Energetic and focused with the skills to multi-task and prioritize requests * Higher interest to detail and sturdy organizational skills are required * Problem-solving capacities; lively, centered, and capable to multitask * Ability to partner with minimum oversight and solve internal concerns **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in customer support or data entry roles * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Skills and Competencies** * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
