- Handle All Incoming Customer Inquiries: Manage all incoming customer issues and resolve them using smart, customer-focused decision-making skills. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and your ability to address their needs efficiently will be crucial to their experience.
- Act as a Liaison: Serve as a bridge between the warehouse, office, and customers. You'll research, resolve, and track customer issues related to service failures, product returns, incorrect shipments, and other concerns. Your role requires coordination across multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Follow-Up on Outstanding Tasks: Ensure all pending issues are completed in a timely manner. You'll follow up on outstanding tasks to guarantee resolution and provide customers with regular updates on the status of their requests.
- Proactive Issue Mitigation: Anticipate potential problems and take appropriate measures to mitigate them before they negatively impact the customer experience. Your proactive approach will help prevent issues from escalating and demonstrate your commitment to customer success.
- Support Hospital Customers: Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs. You'll work closely with healthcare providers to ensure they have the information and support they need to operate effectively.

Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential requirements:
