What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Coordinator in our CX Solutions division, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and your goal will be to resolve their issues with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Work From Home Requirements

As a 100% remote position, this role requires a dedicated home office setup to ensure you can deliver the best possible customer experience. Please review the following technical requirements:

Note: arenaflex reserves the right to request proof of internet provider, speed, and service package. Requirements are subject to change as new systems and technology are implemented, with sixty (60) days notice provided. If you experience consistent internet stability issues, you may be asked to upgrade your service to ensure optimal customer interactions.

Location Requirements

This position is 100% work from home. Candidates must have internet access that meets arenaflex's Work at Home requirements. We are unable to consider applicants who reside in California, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Work-from-home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally or outside the continental United States.
