Position Overview

What You'll Do
As a Client Experience Expert at arenaflex, your primary responsibility is to ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression. Here's what you can expect in this role:

- Order Management: Assist customers with the complete order process – from placing orders and processing transactions to handling cancellations, returns, and exchanges. Ensure each transaction is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's vast product catalog, including furniture, home decor, housewares, and home improvement items. Use this knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and questions promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, operations, and product specialists to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order Tracking & Fulfillment: Help customers track their shipments, understand delivery timelines, and navigate any delivery-related challenges. Work closely with our logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
