Position Overview
We are currently seeking a talented Quality Member Outreach Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity, available to candidates throughout the United States. Oklahoma residency is a plus but not required. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to meaningful quality improvement initiatives that directly impact member health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Member Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for driving member satisfaction through focused, strategic outreach initiatives. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Member Satisfaction Drive: Lead initiatives to enhance member satisfaction through targeted, strategic outreach programs designed to improve health outcomes and member experience.
- Campaign Development: Develop member campaigns and manage analysis reports to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with supplier management and procurement teams to implement successful member outreach campaigns.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain appropriate dealer relationships to ensure seamless operations and member support.
- Quality Champion: Act as an advocate for quality initiatives, serving as a champion by measuring and tracking the quality and effectiveness of work processes that impact client satisfaction, clinical cost management, and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Consultation: Consult and/or work cross-functionally to influence and promote changes that continuously deliver quality service to internal and external clients.
- Compliance Audits: Conduct quality assessments and audits to measure compliance with published policies, strategies, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Error Identification: Identify and distribute errors to business partners for timely resolution and process improvement.
- Operational Support: Assist with the day-to-day maintenance and operations of assigned functional units.
- Data Analysis: Perform analysis of data to identify and communicate trends observed during day-to-day work activities.
- Special Projects: May perform or assist with special tasks and reviews as needed.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical or project matter expertise regarding policies, procedures, and function-related programs and system tools.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in member outreach, healthcare marketing, or health education experience.
- Customer Service: Previous customer service or call center experience is required.
- Data Skills: Experience working with data is essential for this position.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently with a high attention to detail and minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with members and internal teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Minimum 2 years of experience using personal computers, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and programs, and using Microsoft Office Suite programs (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Marketing, or a related field.
- System Experience: QNXT experience is highly desirable.
- Project Management: Project management experience demonstrating ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytic experience with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid programs and healthcare industry regulations.
