At arenaflex, the sky is the limit! **Responsibilities** As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues * Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns * Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested * Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
