We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to manage calls on our inbound and outbound programs. As the voice of our clients, you'll be responsible for providing product information, service information, and resolving technical issues, while maintaining a professional and polite demeanor. **Responsibilities**

* One year of call center or customer service experience
* Working knowledge of computer software, including navigation and typing skills to manage multiple programs, platforms, and systems
* Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
* Ability to identify, understand, and protect confidential information
* Strong verbal, written, and documentation skills
* Ability to cross-train and multitask in multiple programs
* Dependability and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Fluency in English
