**Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Malta. As a Customer Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support via email and chat. This role is hybrid, with 2 days working in the office and 3 days remotely each week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
* Quickly and professionally responding to customer inquiries via email and chat
* Assisting customers with placing orders, addressing product questions, and troubleshooting issues
