At arenaflex, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, innovative solutions, and a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. **Key Responsibilities** As an IT Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting our IT operations, ensuring the functional maintainability of our critical infrastructure that underpins our airport communication spaces. Your primary responsibilities will include: * IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to guarantee the operational maintainability of the basic framework that supports our airport communication spaces. * IT support of IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their application. * Remote coordination with professional services responsible for basic framework support and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms. * Management, operation, support, and monitoring of all basic facilities infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room gear. * Development of server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure. * Support of IT facilities grounds fiber ring to maintain the integrity and service progression of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring. * Suggesting and implementing departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and methods. * Ensuring compliance with all governing corporate norms and regulations. * Project management of server farm and remote communication room capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements. * Selection of IT and basic facilities services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations. **Advantages and Benefits** Why you'll love working at arenaflex!
