**The Role**
As a Full Stack Product Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing the entire customer journey, from placing an InHome order to ensuring daily groceries arrive seamlessly in their refrigerator. You'll work closely with our customer success team to gather insights and drive initiatives to maintain high customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Defining and developing a product strategy for the InHome customer experience
* Creating and managing the product roadmap
* Partnering with internal stakeholders to push boundaries and enhance the customer experience
* Analyzing feature performance through data and key metrics, effectively communicating successes and areas for improvement
* Setting product KPIs and adjusting the product to meet these benchmarks
* Conducting user research to translate needs into actionable product features
* Acting as a supportive resource and advocate for customers and their needs
* Launching new features on time and with high quality, including testing and QA
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
* Expertise in product design for customer experience, from conception to launch
* Proven track record in leading product vision and go-to-market strategies
* Passion for emerging technologies
* Experience working in agile or lean environments
* Background in last-mile product management
* Previous startup or incubator experience, balancing technical and business requirements
