**Job Summary**
As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for applying advanced data science, machine learning, and AI techniques to drive business growth and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement advanced data science, machine learning, and AI models to drive business growth and innovation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes
* Work with large-scale, complex datasets to build and enhance AI, predictive, and prescriptive models
* Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using Python, PySpark, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant technologies
* Perform AI procedures, including supervised and unsupervised learning, to build predictive models and prescriptive answers for various business use cases
* Assemble calculations like decision trees, regression, XGBoost, K means, anomaly detection, interpretable ML, Bayesian hypothesis, and other relevant techniques
* Use distributed computing on Azure/Databricks, querying in Snowflake, and other relevant technologies
* Use programming tools and strategies like GitHub, continuous integration and delivery, and agile methodologies
* Collaborate with finance, analysts, software developers, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide data-driven insights
* Communicate complex technical ideas and concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
**Essential Capabilities**
* Master's degree in STEM, software engineering, data systems, physics, mathematics, statistics, data science, AI, or a related field
* At least 4 years of experience in data science, AI, quantitative, or computational capabilities
* Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to build and enhance AI, predictive, and prescriptive models
* High-level experience with SQL, Python, PySpark, or other relevant programming languages
* High-level expertise in exploratory data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling
* Experience with machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning
* Experience with cloud-based platforms, including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
* Experience with data pipelines, data warehousing, and data governance
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities and requirements
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Ph.D. in STEM, software engineering, data systems, physics, mathematics, statistics, data science, AI, or a related field
* Experience working with IoT and edge AI
* Experience with support learning and reinforcement learning
* Experience in healthcare or a related field
