**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Director, Consumer Data Collection and Activation to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies for gathering, utilizing, and activating first-party customer data across our digital ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement robust data collection strategies, including website cookies, customer sign-ups, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture valuable customer insights.
* Design and optimize data collection structures to ensure seamless integration with our marketing automation platforms and other brand development initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Advertising Classifications, IMX Media, Martech, and other internal or external brand development groups, to enhance customer engagement, adoption, and loyalty across different digital channels.
* Define and execute customized customer journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevance.
* Develop and execute end-to-end digital CRM campaigns and foster data-driven content strategies that resonate with diverse customer segments.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to align first-party customer data collection and activation strategies with overall business objectives.
* Foster a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
* Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices comply with industry standards and regulations.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science)
* Minimum 8-12 years of experience in a senior role, preferably in digital customer engagement or CRM leadership
* Proven track record of driving data-driven customer engagement strategies and a passion for advocating for the best customer experience
