**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Identifying and collecting information from disparate data systems across our US and global businesses to aid in risk management and compliance objectives
* Designing dashboards and visualizations to help stakeholders scope risk and assess the maturity of associated controls
* Constructing custom reviews and reports as needed to support business decisions
* Applying analytics strategies and tools to increase defensible and regular methodologies for assessing risk
* Drawing insights and correlations from data and communicating findings to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders
* Providing input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis
* Soliciting feedback and contributing to the continuous development of our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and risk assessment processes
**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Deep SQL knowledge and experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku
* Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk assessment matters
* Ability to generate impactful visualizations and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Proficiency in coding using R or Python
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
