**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities**
* Design and develop large-scale data pipelines and architectures to collect, process, and analyze data from various sources
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business and information science needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
* Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data set frameworks, and tools for continuous and batch processing
* Work with the data science team to integrate data and models into automated processes
* Design and implement data stores and data models to support information science and other internal clients
* Ensure data quality and accessibility by incorporating data from various sources and adhering to data quality and openness standards
* Investigate current data technology conditions to identify and evaluate key capabilities and suggest solutions
* Explore and recommend new tools and technologies to meet the needs of the business and information science
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in programming languages
* 5+ years of experience with SQL and Python
* Experience with cloud-based platforms, with a preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Azure
* Strong communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Hadoop, Hive, or PySpark
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Familiarity with the healthcare industry and its data management needs
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
