**Job Summary**
As a Director of Data Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of data analysts and scientists to ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and actionable.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
* Lead cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
* Manage and lead a team of data analysts and scientists to ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and actionable
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and vendors
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and system enhancements
* Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation plans to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
* Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
* Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and apply that knowledge to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on data analytics and business growth
* Proven track record of success in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
* Experience leading cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with data management tools, such as SQL or NoSQL databases
* Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R
* Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* Experience with advanced data analytics tools, such as machine learning or deep learning
* Experience with data governance and compliance, including HIPAA and HITECH regulations
