You'll work with various people, including healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel, and be trained on multiple client programs. You'll receive incoming inquiries and make outbound calls, emails, or chats, always striving to provide a positive experience for our clients. You'll have the knowledge and resources necessary to resolve most questions on your own and support from your team will always be available. You'll keep accurate and detailed documentation about all your communication with clients and enjoy interacting with people throughout your day.
