**Job Summary**
As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our Technical Outreach teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow our cloud business. You'll collaborate with prospective clients and partners to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise in cloud computing, technical account management, and customer engagement will enable you to drive business growth, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and develop client solutions to meet assembled requirements
* Lead technical projects, technology support, bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets
* Deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform through the use of whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
* Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best-practice counsel to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud Platform effectiveness
* Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as necessary
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a customer-facing role
* Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking
* Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status
* Experience designing mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms
* Experience working with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
* Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques
* Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT technology space

* Strong technical knowledge of cloud computing, software development, and networking
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
