**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist in our Live Chat Support team, you will be responsible for:
* Collaborating closely with utility teams to outline, capture, and transform commercial enterprise needs into actionable insights
* Growing information on Voice of the Customer (VOC) methods and leveraging them to inform and transform data within our large data platform
* Designing and building robust data model architecture to support high-quality statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
* Leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring data accuracy and quality through intensive testing at various and use case levels
* Providing guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
* Conducting consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software program programs, testing, and building automation tools
* Proactively identifying and automating routine tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
* Collaborating with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-stop technique
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3 years
* Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
* Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles (preferred)
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems
* Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
