**Job Summary**
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Digital Technology group. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and security of our data. You will be responsible for entering data into our systems, maintaining data quality, and ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Maintain data quality by identifying and resolving data discrepancies
* Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, including local, national, and international requirements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues
* Develop and maintain knowledge of data protection and privacy policies and procedures
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
* Work in a dynamic environment to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* 3 years of experience in a STEM-related field
* Understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment to meet strict deadlines
* Reliable and punctual attendance is a crucial aspect of this role
**Preferred Qualifications**
* CISA certification
* Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security
* Knowledge of security engineering and architecture principles
* Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles
* Experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and products
* Ability to interpret noncompliance to determine its effect on levels of risk and/or average effectiveness of the organization's cybersecurity program
