As an independent contractor, you'll have access to a range of contracts, including this exciting opportunity to support Driver Assistance Program customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service to Driver Assistance Program customers via phone, ensuring that each call is resolved efficiently and effectively * Listen carefully to customer concerns, evaluate situations, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs * Handle a high volume of calls, including emergency situations, with empathy and a calming demeanor * Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide accurate information to customers * Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy, even in stressful situations * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores **Requirements:** * Fluency in English (Spanish and/or French Canadian fluency also required for bilingual positions) * Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or driver assistance program environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously * Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and a wired USB headset with microphone * Valid antivirus software, a smart phone, Android tablet or iPad, and a willingness to install an authentication app related to program work **Tech Requirements:** * Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system * Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS * Wired internet connection for tech setups, education classes, and work * Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date * Wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted) **Schedule and Compensation:** * Flexible schedule opportunities, with the ability to choose your own hours * Client hours of operation are open 24x7, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required * Contract rate for handling customer interactions: $0.28 per customer interaction minute (bilingual contractors: $0.31 per customer interaction minute) * Minimum guarantee of 45 minutes per available hour (bilingual contractors: 48-minute minimum guarantee) * Equivalent hourly pay rates: $12.60 - $16.80 per hour (bilingual contractors: $14.88 - $18.60 per hour) **Benefits and Perks:** * Work from home, with the flexibility to choose your own hours and schedule * No commuting hassles or expenses * Opportunity to gain experience in different industries and develop new skills * High pay rates and bonuses for meeting performance metrics * Access to exclusive contracts and opportunities with arenaflex * Ongoing training and education to support your growth and development **About arenaflex:** At arenaflex, we're passionate about humanizing customer experience for brands across various industries.
