Your interactions will focus on software navigation, locating previous tax returns, and resolving any issues customers may encounter. To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a sincere desire to assist customers, be tech-savvy, and have excellent communication skills. **Schedule** * **Seasonal contract**: This contract runs through April 15th, 2024. * **Flexible scheduling**: Create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best. * **Available hours**: Schedule available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday. * **Weekday and weekend options**: Enjoy the flexibility of working on weekends and weekdays. **Compensation** * **Earn up to $19 per hour**: With the potential to earn up to $19 per hour, you'll be rewarded for your hard work and dedication. * **Peak rates**: Earn higher rates during peak times (January - April) and non-peak times. **Required Skills** * **Sincere desire to assist the customer**: You'll need to possess a genuine desire to help customers and provide exceptional support. * **Tech savvy and avid computer user**: You'll need to be comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems. * **Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems**: You'll need to be able to handle multiple tasks and systems simultaneously. * **Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor**: You'll need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner. **Technology & Equipment Requirements** * **Personal computer**: You'll need a personal computer (no tablet) to work from home. * **Broadband internet connection**: You'll need a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS. * **Wired internet connection**: You'll need a wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet). * **Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system**: You'll need to have a valid Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system. * **Valid antivirus software**: You'll need to have valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date. * **USB headset with microphone**: You'll need a USB headset with microphone to communicate with customers. * **Webcam**: A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract. **Work Environment Requirements** * **Quiet, uninterrupted space**: You'll need a quiet and uninterrupted space to work from home. * **Organized desk area**: You'll need to maintain an organized desk area to ensure productivity and efficiency. * **Professional appearance**: If you're on camera, you'll need to maintain a professional appearance. **Important Information** * **Application process**: When you're ready to apply, click "Apply Now" and complete your profile.
