We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Chicopee, Massachusetts. As a key member of our Single Copy Sales (SCS) Appropriation Support team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the general delivery and billing of WSJ/Barron's to Discount, Retail, and Convenience accounts.
