With a strong focus on customer success, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and working closely with our Field Engineering team to resolve complex customer problems. You'll have the opportunity to become deeply skilled in specific areas of interest within our product, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for our Field Engineering team. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for solving technical problems, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and remote conferencing * Troubleshoot technical issues with customers, using a range of tools and data points to identify and resolve problems * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Field Engineering, and Product Engineering, to understand and resolve customer issues * Work closely with Product Management and Product Engineering to help define and drive fixes and enhancements to address customer needs * Continuously improve and streamline processes, tools, and product offerings to enhance the overall customer experience * Provide valuable guidance and insight to customers, including CTOs, management, developers, and operations teams * Act as a Subject Matter Expert for our Field Engineering team, providing expertise and assistance to colleagues and customers alike **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role * B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering, or other technical fields strongly considered * Passion for solving customer problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences * Ability to handle a range of urgent to minor support requests during business hours, with occasional off-hours scheduled work and on-call shifts * Strong technical understanding of arenaflex products and how customers build, deploy, and manage applications using our platform * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of customer contacts **Preferred Qualifications** * Background in database technologies and/or graph database technologies * Proficient in programming languages, including Python, SQL, and others * Experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as Snowflake and Azure * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues * Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline **Technical Skills** * Timely triage of varying issues based on error messages, log files, threads dumps, stack traces, sample code, and other available data points * Troubleshooting performance issues with customer technology and how it works with arenaflex technology * Embracing arenaflex as a part of the customer's overall architecture, with a need to advise and troubleshoot client applications * Efficiently troubleshooting environment issues primarily with arenaflex, Snowflake, and Azure * Proficient in a range of programming languages, including Python, SQL, and others **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge product and technology * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for solving technical problems, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
